Rates

MCACM charges the following rates for on-site work, billed at full and half days only:
  $800.00/day for Installation and Set-Up, Training, and Data Conversion
  $1000.00/day for Consulting

Many services can be provided remotely and are billed on an hourly basis at the following rates:
  $100.00/hr for Data Conversion and Support
  $125.00/hr for Design

* Expenses such as travel and overnight accommodations are not included in the day rate. Expenses are pre-approved and invoiced as incurred.

Software Prices

Filemaker Pro:
  Current prices start at $299 for single user versions.
EmbARK Cataloguer by Gallery Systems:
  Current prices start at $999 for single user versions.
EmbARK Collections Manager by Gallery Systems (includes location tracking, exhibition, loan, valuation, and conservation histories, and more.)
  Current prices start at $1,999 for single user versions.
EmbARK Web Kiosk by Gallery Systems:
  Current prices start at $4,999.

*Additionally, Gallery Systems offers a yearly maintenance, support, and upgrade contract which may be advisable once work with MCACM is completed.
